Requirements were closely identified and analyzed. The vendors of the solutions were brought together and the result ended up being a very powerful and successful integration between commercial applications at a detailed level.Successfully implementing new ERP system named Softmar Chartering and VesselOp in the worldwide organization. Change management were essential parts of the roll-out.IT project manager for and team member in projects consolidating data from computer systems around the organization. Operational expenditure heavily reduced due to the centralization.Analyzing and managing development and implementation of new software focusing on improving the presence of valid data for charterers.
