As a teaching assistant at University Montessori School, I plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for preschool children with the lead teacher. I also communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children, and use my creativity skills to design and maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.Before joining University Montessori School, I was the head of logistics and marketing at Smart Talk Therapy, a small mental health private practice in Orange County. There, I managed the content creation, the HIPPA compliant EHR, the social media advertising, the administrative work, and the website maintenance. I also advised and managed a team of therapists, and helped them increase their client base.I graduated from University of Southern California in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where I also worked as a research assistant for two years. I am passionate about learning and applying psychological principles to enhance the well-being and development of individuals and communities.
