Team lead for production data analysis teamCurrent focus is on a software development tool for production data. I am currently the lead of a software team for an internal big data website for all our production test data.Created a program that runs on OSAT hardware designed to analyze data from recently tested production wafer lots. This program is in C++ and parses STDF files in seconds.Previously, I specialized in reliability hardware and software development. I am an expert in the MCC burnin system. Have defined the BURNIN and HAST hardware designs for our PTE organization. Defined the process for how we convert ATE test programs to burn-in programs.I also designed a system to process the characterization data for our projects. This was one of the first major projects I did at Cirrus.
