My career has always been rooted in credit analysis and debt valuation. I began my career valuing loan portfolios for the FDIC foreclosure of failed banks. We evaluated tens of thousands of loans of every asset class and participated in the secondary market trading of performing and non-performing loan portfolios. This transitioned into a bank advisory role where I leverage my team expertise to lead the execution of regulatory remediation assignments for the banking industry. The regulatory assignments ranged from data collection, to compliance corrections, to technological implementations, all of which affect change and transformation within the banking industry. To date, some highlights of my career include: - 120-person flood insurance compliance department overhaul - 4.5 million data point aggregation assignment completed in less than 6 months - Enterprise-wide FinTech implementation of a Real Estate underwriting tool - Servicing system data migration of improperly charged HELOC loansI am most successful in highly challenging and time sensitive environments that require near-perfect execution with the highest quality standards.
