Her duties were to answer questions about the cars, direct customers to the Star Motors Dealership, give out coupons, collect survey responses and to report to all parties at the end of each shift.

Blaire was noticed for her personable skills when acting as cashier in Target, she was then approached to be promoted to a Starbucks supervisor within that Target, and was shortly moved up to the Starbucks Team Lead. This position involved ordering product, training baristas, managing employees, merchandising and interactions with food inspectors.
