This role includes the following responsibilities:• Communicating with customers on the details of integrating Solink into their business. • Working with Sales teams to ensure customers' needs are understood and met. • Coordinating the installation of Solink with subcontractors and integrators across different regions globally. • Validating/verifying installations are completed as per Solink standards - notify customers when installations are completed and act as a trusted advisor for customer escalations • Coordinating and scheduling installation workloads for internal Field Services team • Maintaining accurate project reporting and KPI tracking; utilize project management tracking tools and internal systems to manage deployments and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders • Acting as the intermediary between internal and external parties of interest for each customer and/or project • Be solutions-minded and collaborate with internal teams to address obstacles• Driving new process improvements that will assist in achieving Solink’s growth targets • Managing, tracking and approving invoices for suppliers and subcontractors • Acting as a subject matter expert on Solink’s deployment processes • Managing and tracking hardware purchases, shipments and delivery to customer locations
