Current*Vendor Management:* Collaborate with vendors to establish and maintain strong relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs). Regularly evaluate vendor performance against established benchmarks.*Procurement Strategy:* Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.*Supplier Selection and Evaluation:* Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and serviceability. Conduct due diligence and assessments to ensure vendors meet quality and compliance standards.*Contract Management:* Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal. Review and revise contracts as needed to minimize risks and optimize value.*Supply Chain Optimization:* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.*Risk Management:* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
