This role was largely based on patient interaction and community outreach. When not manning a booth at a local expo or community event, I assisted patients at JPCHC with the application process for Medicaid, Marketplace insurance coverage, the JPCHC sliding fee scale payment plan, and prescription assistance programs offered by major medicinal.

This role placed a large emphasis on accurate and timely data entry and required me to enter the necessary information to assist with coordinating patients' post-ER follow up visits to a physician/specialist. I also assisted in packaging mail items for a number of HCA Hospitals across the country, enrolling patients in birthing classes & pre-operation.
