I was in charge of maintaining facilities and making sure they were up to code as well asmaking schedules and keeping up with the community and their needs. Reported anypositives and negatives of the week on a weekly basis to my regional manager and attendedbi-weekly meetings for manager training. I also kept chemical levels at required ratioand kept pump equipment running at optimum performance levels.

I was in charge of making sure customers were happy by making/refilling drinks, clearingplates, rotating tables in a timely manner, and making specialty drinks at the table. Ideveloped people skills and knowledge of how to make sure people are happy and how tomaintain said happiness.
