Mr. Willis is a Program Manager with broad and diverse experience providing clients with management consulting support through all stages of the consulting life cycle, including business development, strategic planning, data gathering, and financial analysis. As a Task Order Manager under the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Power Services Group, Mr. Willis is responsible for leading a 35-person team and justifying, managing, and executing the 60 plus million-dollar annual budget. This effort requires extensive knowledge of FAA procedures and systems in order to create, submit, review, approve, prioritize, and reconcile Program and Project funding requirements. Additionally, Mr. Willis serves as the Deputy Program Manager on the National Airspace System Implementation Support Contract (NISC), where he assists in the management of 70 plus task orders supporting various organizations across the FAA.
