During this internship I gained real operations experience and learned the responsibilities and role of an operations manager. I furthered my knowledge of business softwares and continued to improve my leadership skills; as well as my communication skills. I had the opportunity to work with, learn from, and lead a large group of people. I was also able to build on and practice my public speaking skills.

-Oversaw the accountability of 10 marines and 200,000 dollars worth of gear in order to complete tasks sent from the company commander and higher Marine Corps Command.-Ensured the physical fitness of marines in order to be prepared for combat scenarios.-Created plans for various training exercises that, when executed, would provide practice and learning opportunities for younger marines.-Conducted classroom meetings with the squad to explain current situations and teach; to ensure the marines were informed and intelligent. -Participated in the planning of strategic assault training via the five paragraph order

-Listened to and learned from a team leader in order to accomplish the squad's tasks.-Employed weapon systems with efficiency and proficiency to gain fire superiority. -Accounted for all personal gear and equipment so the mission could be accomplished.

-Followed instructions from superiors in order to ensure a functioning establishment. -Fried chicken and ensured the efficacy of its production in order to satisfy the customer.
