Developed an extensive 5S program throughout the entire facility to help lead the corporation. Trained the entire mill in 5S methodology to aid in cultural change. This was an internal and external customer job function. Interacted and presented to various customers on lean six sigma roles, responsibilities, and projects status. Aided in ISRA Vision implementation for band inspection on paper machine. Trained in ISRA Vision software and controls. Black belt project to reduce wrinkles on printers and slitters while utilizing ISRA Vision system.
