• Initiation of codes for new items that requires modification, codification, part replacement and blocking of items that are not in use.• daily tracking and follow up on batched items for both issuance and purchase.• Proper documentation and tracking of invoices for spare parts suppliers: Tetrapak, combiloc megellec • notification of stock items below minimum and zero qty for urgent order.• initiating and batching items locally imported orders on spares like planned, priority, express, TPMS maintenance and others & liaising with procurement and store team on import and local spares for prompt ETA to eliminate bottle necks.• Estimation of TPMS projection (yearly/monthly) • Creation and sharing of weekly report including OPEX, Maintenance report Weekly review performance report, HMR report.• Dotted relationship with HR in preparing shift schedule, leave creation and other related administrative job.

Inventory Supervisor • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels and processes as required; tracks processes and investigates problems.• Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
