Successfully managed the electrical and mechanical build of Factory of the Future automation lines that delivered an average cycle time of 4 seconds (drip rate), 95% Yield, and 95% up time. Oversaw the development of technical manuals and process instructions. Coordinated weekly with other U.S. and Off Shore design facilities and product build factories in the US and Asia to ensure all project timelines and tooling metrics were on track. Managed a diverse 15 person crew responsible for the procurement, electrical and mechanical assembly, and shipment of 12-14 million dollars of factory required capital automation per year. Worked closely with the finance group to manage the tracking of project costs. Performed BOM cost rollups using monthly GL reports and other reports to verify all expenditures during the build process.Participated in design reviews for new automation projects and worked closely with design engineers during the build cycle to define resolutions and implement design ECR’s.
