► As Senior Business Consultant for Alengis, the consulting branch of POOL4TOOL (acquired by Jaggaer), my role was to support companies in their efforts to transform their Procurement processes via the use of procurement technology.Example of projects:- Definition of a 3-year Procurement transformation program for a Scandinavian automotive OEM- Redesign of the RFQ process for logistics of a market leader in the field of sanitary fittings- Definition and implementation of Category Management principles (taxonomy, roles...) for a market leader of high-pressure cleaning products and devices► As Program Manager, I helped companies implement POOL4TOOL's solution in the most efficient and effective manner. My approach is to focus first on business value and expected benefits to then build a customer-specific roadmap.Then, I work with both the customer's team and POOL4TOOL's team to ensure a high-quality delivery. This role applies to high-stakes projects (scope, international, business aspects), some of my projects were related to European automotive companies and Middle-East companies (industrial and pharma).
