• Oversaw our Project Safe Neighborhoods program, including leading a team of five, delivering trauma-informed training and technical assistance to nearly 100 criminal justice agencies nationwide, and developing an online resource catalog.• Executed a complex evaluation project with the Urban Institute, including interviewing state sexual and domestic violence coalitions and identifying promising programming and services in women’s prison facilities addressing trauma and victimization.• Co-directed our MacArthur Foundation Safety and Justice Challenge program, which provided research and technical assistance to jurisdictions nationwide focused on reducing jail and prison populations and reducing racial and other systemic biases.• Dramatically increased organizational impact by doubling board member diversity, updating bylaws focused on member engagement, adopting member term limits, and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration and information sharing.
