With years of customer service and managerial experience I decided to school to complete the Accounting & Payroll Administration program. My previous work history developed my teamwork, guest relations, operational metrics, daily reports, cash reconciliation, and staff management and training. I hope to solidify my new career path by bringing in my previous work history as an added aspect to the team while tying in my recent training.I love working with people, motivating my team, and being an asset to those around me. Although my previous work history helped me develop and grow as a leader; I have chosen to explore a new career path to manage a family and work-life balance. My attention to detail and ability to think outside of the box and see opportunities for growth and development make me an asset to the team. I am looking for a position with mentorship that leaves room for development and growth within the company.
