  In 2021, I was promoted to VP of Performance & Operations. During our company’s restructure in 2022, my role was redefined and retitled to better reflect its actual focus and scope. I direct the entirety of our company’s technology strategy, operations, and performance. Currently, I am leading a company-wide system modernization and software roll out, including data integration, onboarding training, vendor relationships, and asset allocations.• Work in tandem with executive leadership team, CFO, and CEO to integrate technology solutions within corporate strategies to develop long-range planning based on market forecasting.• Lead Senior Manager of IT and Senior Manager of Compliance in projects and process improvement initiatives including evaluation & deployment of new software, tools, reporting, policies, and standard operating procedures. • Manage new software implementation projects, including stakeholder engagement, vendor assessments, contract management, system integration, and user training. • Work with cross-functional teams within Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop strategies around applications, databases, Power BI, and analytic software to enable real time reporting.• Steer technology and system integration for new acquisitions, ensuring data security and accuracy during migration. • Serve as technology & software SME/POC for franchisee network and corporate-owned locations, overseeing creation of SOPs and workflows to ensure strategic alignment and training, leveraging data to improve operational efficiency, and remaining agile in revisiting IT planning based on evolving system needs.
