In this role I direct 11 employees in IT, customer service, and marketing, eblast and social media activity. I have been able to improve trade show marketing. I negotiate and provide estimates for custom products. I coach my team of 4 System Specialists, who work with customers from prospect interaction to system implementation.

Hudson Wisconsin

I was recruited by the Owner/CEO to manage sale of software targeted to the public safety sector markets. I monitored sales calls and pipelines, negotiated contracts and handled customer concerns. I developed a new sales process and hired new sales personnel cutting time required to make sales in half.

Menomonie Wisconsin

I reported to the CEO and provided monthly reports to the board of directors on a loan portfolio of $1.1 billion, including $190 million in commercial loans. My responsibilities included managing a team of Vice Presidents, including Collections, Consumer, Mortgage & Business Lending as well as 85 indirect reports. I also chaired the Credit Committee, which evaluated loans outside of the credit union's loan policy or credit limits.

Menomonie Wisconsin

In this role, I established and monitored all financial, sales and operation goals of the Business Lending Department. Our team included 20+ employees, who originated, processed, and services commericial loans.

I was responsible for the origination of commercial, consumer and real estate loans with new and existing customers.
