I work in partnership with building owners and commercial property managers to implement preventative maintenance and repair on all types of HVAC systems. My goal as an Account Executive is to listen and pay close attention to what each customer needs and then suggest a range of solutions to choose from that will provide cost effective, reliable service. My strengths are learning, generating ideas and analyzing ways to improve beyond the status quo. I'm known for professionalism, honesty and working collaboratively with customers to achieve positive results.

In my role as a LAX Area Manager, I reorganized an underachieving operation by setting standards, establishing competent managers, renovating office, and pursuing operational excellence. I also demonstrated core values, implemented key organizational objectives, such as financial performance, facility management, customer service, staff development, process evaluation, and continuous improvement. I researched and composed a management training curriculum and employed it to help and talented employees grow their careers.

I joined a start up company introducing new technology to efficiently treat industrial wastewater and convert recovered waste oils to an industrial grade bio-fuel. In my role as business development manager, I developed a biofuel sales department from scratch that included website content, white papers, and national prospect list. I created technical documentation relevant to target prospects as well as introduced sales strategies to key markets.

Responsible to maintain safe work environments across six facilities in California and Nevada. Developed and presented safety training to over 200 people company wide. Attained expertise in maintaining compliance with requirements from a variety of state and federal agencies including: DOT, CHP, OSHA, FMCSA, PHMSA Hazardous Materials, and TSA. Investigated accidents and negotiated settlements with insurance carriers and private parties. Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information in order to represent company interests in a wide variety of situations dealing with risk management.

Led operational and sales efforts at a P&L level in the Northern California and Nevada region. Provided utility consulting, design, installation and service to commercial projects and large home building projects.
