I provide tax, audit, accounting, and advisory services to hospitality, franchising, retail, professional, and manufacturing operators nationwide. I have implemented financial reporting systems and profit enhancement programs to assist companies in maximizing their potential.Hospitality operators generally deal with a voluminous amount of transactions which can make compliance with sales, payroll, and income tax quite difficult. I combine my operating knowledge with accounting experience in efforts to maximize efficiencies and minimize exposure. I also have experience providing assistance with start-up ventures, mergers/acquisitions, build-out budgeting, tax audits, cost analysis, and benchmarking.Franchising is a method of growth that more and more companies are taking advantage of. There are various methods that can be used to improve a system and grow a brand. I provide services in the franchising industry that include audit of financial statements, audit of advertising funds, royalty audits, review of financial disclosure documents, review of financial representation disclosures, system analysis, state and local income tax planning, and succession planning.I am a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey, a Certified Franchise Executive, and a member of the AICPA and NJSCPA. I received a master’s degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University after graduating with honors from Johnson and Wales University as a member of the Silver Key Honor Society and captain of the university’s baseball team.
