Managed the production deployment schedule, and production change management process for several SaaS products. Reviewed development teams’ response to production incidents and developed Root Cause Analysis reporting for customers. Managed vendor relations with development tools vendors and ongoing expense management. Managed software development capitalization for all products. Managed the Executive Pricing Committee Process.
