My responsibilities with Kistler Instrument Corporation are to identify sensor requirements for the implementation of cavity pressure technology in all areas of the plastics industry. I am responsible for the west coast market sector and the management of 10 sales reps in this territory by providing technical and sales support.

Responsible for managing sales activities with existing accounts and the development of new accounts. Also coordinated activities between customers and our production facilities in Ohio, Illinois, Maryland and Alabama.

Responsible for inside and outside sales, all customer and potential customer contact, production quoting, contract negotiations, annual sales projections, writing and issuing new job procedures, actual cost to sales reports, tracking receivables, customer quality issues, customer follow up and satisfaction.

Responsible for inside and outside sales, all customer contact, scheduling, purchasing, personnel duties - including hiring and firing of sales and office personnel, coordinating shipments, interact with customer quality issues, production control. Advanced from inside sales to sales manager to officer of the company within three (3) years.
