The role included, identifying weaknesses within the sales force and developing proposals to increase sales.As the ‘voice’ of knowledge with regards to the regulation of mortgages and general insurance, the role diversified and resulted in the planning of a new company within MGM. Ensuring comprehensive business plan was completed and successful in the transition of over 300 members to the new company, and maintaining the MGM sales force within the new regulatory regime. This has contributed to a successful change to the organization, and development as well as achieving sales and supporting company growth.
