Oversaw development and deployment of WITC's strategic plan within the framework of the College's Policy Governance model. Created a continuous improvement environment that maximized student learning and success, and resulted in a number of national recognitions for WITC including three consecutive top-ten rankings among over 1,200 two-year colleges by Washington Monthly Magazine as well as a top 25 ranking for affordability by BankRate.com.
