I was responsible for the all aspects of Test Fixture development for a variety of after-market and OEM automotive audio devices. I have been Project Manager on several of these projects, including products for Chrysler Corp and Motorola Corporation. Responsibilities include coordination of engineering efforts, development of test plans and procedures, fabrication of test equipment, customer liaison, and managing third-party testing and production facilities.

My primary responsibility was to perform design verification on multi-rate MUX/DMUX products. This required that I develop Labview programs for GPIB control of automated test stations, and perform failure analysis of integrated circuits. I also created printed circuit board layouts which utilized controlled impedance lines and interfaces for high speed signaling (12.5 GB/S).

In this position, I was responsible for the daily workload and supervision of 12 technicians. Created test procedures and initiated ECN’s while maintaining ISO9001 standards.
