Responsibilites included the Disney Parks & Resort contact centers in domestic Tampa, Orlando and Anaheim, driving sales and guest satisfaction using well-selected people, processes, technology and strategies while sprinkling a little Pixie Dust. Partnered with the contact centers in Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai and 27 other locations to support systems and telecomm infrastructure. Responsible for product development and the P&L for the Walt Disney Travel Company, one of the world's leading travel wholesalers providing Disney product to world-class travel industry partners and consumers. Responsibilities also include number of Guest facing sales centers throughout the Orlando area in various hotels and resorts.Additional areas of responsibilities include contact center related technology, AI, website and mobile app tech support, telecommunications, labor planning and forecasting, sales and performance incentive programs.
