This function focuses mainly on project management where the main goal is to improve processes for A.S. Watson’s stores (e.g., Kruidvat and Trekpleister). My projects were mainly focused on Supply Chain, logistics, shrinkage and work organization. Dependent on the project I was project lead or representative for Sales Operations. Some main projects were:- Reviewing and improving the overall A.S. Watson delivery schedule- Starting a program to reduce shrinkage and emphasize its importance- Analyzing stock levels to give concrete advice where and how to reduce stock

To finish my master Operations Managements and Logistics I perform my master thesis at Jumbo. The goal of the project is to advice Jumbo on how it could implements its ''Hands-Off'' policy. In other words, how can Jumbo make sure that their automatically generated orders are also the actual orders of the store.

The International Research Project is a study tour combined with internationally oriented research projects for industrial engineering master students at the Eindhoven University of Technology. During this tour we discussed the theme Industry 4.0 with companies in U.S. (Texas) and Mexico.
