I planned and secured all talent for concerts, special events and dances for a retirement community of 25,000. Event coordination and supervision was only part of my position. Contract negotiation, budget monitoring and development, sponsorships and communication are also part of this position. Supervision of 20 staff as well as membership maintenance.

Responsibilties included implementation of a national YMCA initiative. Training communication skills, creating implementation plans, working with staff on individual branch implementation, staff and member satisfaction survey launch and review. Also worked with directors on possible accreditation process implementation.

Responsible for program development for over 5000 members, leadership and career development of 150 employees, board development for 30+ board members and campaign management and development for over 100 volunteer campaigners. Responsible for development of a $2.7 mil budget. Managed full-facility YMCA with a satellite site. Full day preschool and after.
