Currently lead a team that delivers product information; formula, ingredient, nutritionals, organoleptic, sensory, packaging etc. to Private Brand Customers, such as Walmart, Trader Joes, Target, Wholefoods. I develop reports through Excel and Power BI which improves response time and contributes to the success to properly mine data per customer requirements. Capitalizing my Lean Six Sigma training I developed standard work processes which improved data flow and removed defects. Implemented process improvement that contributed to ingredients, Product Development, Customers, and Regulatory.

Overall Responsibility of the Product Life Management for the Private Brands Business with categories such as; Pretzels, Pita, Bars, Snack Nuts, Condiments, Refrigerated Dough and Frozen Bakery. Managed Legacy systems for ingredient, material and formula development through process development and workflow design. Supported Product Development, Labeling, Regulatory, Quality and Engineers to innovate and commercialize product. Managed various reports such as Finished Product Specifications and Packaging Handling Specifications. Managed the maintenance of SAP production BOMs adhering to specification and formula product life cycles integrating into production systems (JDE, SAP, QAD). Worked with various teams in to design the commercialization process incorporating my knowledge of ingredients, material, formula and Bill of Material development into the process. Supported the integration of Legacy system data into SAP Order to Cash, SAP Production and SAP Product Development Management (PDM).

Managed Private Brand and Grocery PLM teams in commercialization of products, master recipe development in Oracle PLM, RMWB, and SAP R3 systems as a result of innovation, change, redesign or network optimization. Managed SAP integration of Master Data in connection to the Formulation, Ingredients, Batch Sheets, Packaging and Finished Good Processing.Developed a Master Book of Record transferring data from the sources of truth to the plant floor during production based on a Bill of Material in SAP.

Manage SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) while supervising a team that maintained BOMs in SAP. Developed Training program on SAP RMWB. Trained Product Developers, Packaging Engineers, Labelers, and Ingredient Specialist on SAP RMWB module. Developed Document Management system in SAP to support document repository for ingredients, product specifications, and thermal process specifications.

A member of the SAP Recipe Management Workbench Blue printing team working on integrating RMWB into ConAgra Foods Product Data. Configured data elements; ingredient, formula and finished good fields into RMWB. Developed Security profiles. Developed Workflow Processes for all SAP specifications. Developed Training material for deployment of SAP RMWB software to the Research Quality and Innovation department.
