Hi, I’m Bobby. I love process engineering, improving employee satisfaction with sensibly, and purposefully, built toolsets and workflow integrations. My most recent passion is SDLC life extension.Currently, I am Chief Technology Manager of Confidence Analytics, LLC, a chemical analytics laboratory focused on agricultural business intelligence. My work here has provided many of the most challenging projects I’ve engaged. Over the past four years, I have had the opportunity to design and implement scalable data architectures, API integrations to commercial vendors and State regulatory agencies, embedded systems and IoT, coding and testing conventions, Agile practices implementation, legacy refactoring strategies, and so much more.I use an Organizational Communication approach and Systems theory to combine lean workflow analysis, strong requirements gathering practices, and company priorities into the tools professional operations can rely on. From design to delivery, user optimization is on my mind. Each project includes a design goal of providing users every chance to navigate happy pathways. I accomplish this with a variety of tools including robust exception handling, idempotent APIs and wrappers for every application interface, user-centric work flows reflecting real world task environments and conditions, and automated testing frameworks.I create system reliability and data integrity with containerization tools like Docker, OS and kernel hardening strategies, custom backup systems, version control systems, team-wide replicated development environments, optimized data structures, and Dev Ops pipelines that consider the details. My designs process considers every layer of the application delivery pipeline, from cloud host, to ISP, physical firewall, cable management, and facility infrastructure.
