Developed baseline architectures and provided strategic planning to meet future voice, video, and network requirements. Produced designs, specifications, standards, and cost estimates which were incorporated into a base telecommunications blueprint.

Progressed from Wideband Project Engineer to Milstar System Engineer responsible for the installation of all Air Force Milstar satellite ground terminals around the world, totaling 44 installations valued at approximately $6 million each. Milstar was the most advanced military communications satellite system to date and provides secure, jam resistant communications operating at UHF, SHF and EHF frequencies to link command authorities to military users throughout the world.
