Bob Goodman is an award-winning Product Design & Strategy leader with 20 years of experience whose work in both enterprise and consumer experience has engaged millions of users and created some of the highest-value products in their categories, including healthcare, insurance, workplace, data products, and AI-driven personalization platforms.

He is an alum of the Virgin Group, Microsoft, and Havas and has also worked in agency and external consulting roles on innovative strategic initiatives with X-Energy, Verra, Progressive, ABinBev, CVS, EY, Fidelity, Harvard, PepsiCo, FM, Capital One, WebMD, Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, Mass General Brigham, and the US Department of Defense, spanning consumer GTM and internal enterprise systems and platforms.

He has built and managed both small and larger teams (7 to 70+) AM and he is equally passionate about direct work and team building—as a vision-setter as well as hands-on doer. He has extensive experience with PE-backed roll-ups and M&A integrations.

> SVP of Product Design & Research at Virgin Pulse, a leading Wellbeing SAAS platform, part of Richard Branson’s Virgin group. Following a platform transformational redesign he led to expand into health, benefits, and AI, Virgin Pulse achieved a $3 Billion acquisition by Morgan Health, now rebranded as Personify Health

> SVP of UX and Content at Arnold Worldwide, where he partnered with Progressive Insurance to concept and launch their UBI-based personalized driver experience Snapshot now central to their business
