Founded HPi in 2000. Became sole owner in February 2005. Firm focuses on Talent Management Services for the employment life-cycle (talent acquisition, leadership assessment, hiring/promotional consulting, talent identification, leadership & executive coaching, succession planning and professional/executive outplacement).In October 2009, HPi was selected to become the Chicago partner for OI Partners, Inc (www.oipartners.net). Now known as OI Global Partners, it is the largest, privately-held group of talent management firms in the world, with over 200 offices in 27 countries.
