As a member of the Executive team, I work with all of our team members in Sales, Distribution and Marketing. I am tasked with growing our current retirement. investment and insurance business to go deeper and building platforms out of state to go wider. Also charged with distributing our current and ancillary product lines to market through multiple channels and distribution strategies. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, business planning and execution, development of goals, budgets, training, distribution, marketing and communication. From 2006 through 2012, ECA Marketing produced over $4 Billion in Fixed Annuity Premium and $180 million in Life Premium. DNA Brokerage, an Annuity IMO based in West Des Moines, IA was acquired in January of 2007. Also purchased Senior Marketing Service and several smaller agencies and AFMOs. During my tenure, we grew EBITDA to $10.7 million from 3.5 million.
