Administrate partner’s IT infrastructures and ensure level 2 support; Monitor the performance of all clients servers to ensure proper functionability;Create and ensure that storage, archiving, backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly;Communicate regularly with IT staff in order to ensure the availability of the clients servers solutions;Keep contact with software producers and distributors (dealers) with regard to the partners supported applications (databases);Serve as liaison between partner’s staff and supplier’s technology department to resolve issues;Communicate and work effectively with both client’s IT specialists and with client’s colleagues having little or no IT knowledge;Ensure avoidance of disruption to business operations and end-user satisfaction with the information systems and support service;Evaluate and recommend improvements to system software or hardware architecture;Create the hardware and software requirements for the clients new projects;Application/network performance monitoring and availabilityEnsure avoidance of disruption to business operations and end-user satisfaction with the information systems and support serviceCreate plans to optimize customers network services and implement those plans into the clients network;Maintain the clients network documentation up-to-date.
