Leading a team of senior and principal engineers accountable for the e2e delivery of all Document Understanding ML models (predict, train and retrain), covering both cloud and on-prem flavors. Achieved an SLA of over 99.98% (cloud) while significantly reducing COGS and scaling up to meet customer demand (cloud and on-prem), by building deep resiliency, benchmarking infra, and observability layers. Successfully mitigated high profile customer issues while continuously negotiating resilience-driven work vs. existing product roadmap, instilling an 80-20, “Always Be Closing” mindset within the team.

Managed Vodafone Romania’s governance and planning, in accordance with Europe’s regional governance, providing the top management team with end-to-end operational support in the continuous interaction with Vodafone Group.

Driven all BAU cross-functional initiatives in the Consumer Postpaid segment, including RED and data monetization, as well as obtained investment approval for a transformational project reshaping the consumer outbound direct marketing campaigns.
