For over 18 years, I have been designing and delivering workshops using applied improvisation and facilitation techniques. As a certified facilitator and a human synergistics consultant, I help people and organizations prepare for the future while enjoying the present.Currently, I lead IAF Romania, a local chapter of the International Association of Facilitators, where I promote facilitation, develop facilitation skills, and create a network of support and sharing for facilitators.
