Took the helm and led all aspects of the USCENTCOM’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense program, including the leadership of 7 direct reports. Led the integration of agile strategies, advanced project management methodologies, and execution of classified projects actions that safeguarded U.S. interests domestically and abroad. ✔️Lead planner supporting Missile Defense Agency Ballistic Missile Defense Wargames, flight tests and integration efforts while working/assigned at U.S. Central Command.✔️Authored the U.S. Central Command missile defense Integrated Prioritized List submission over the past 10 years communicating Warfighter capacity and capability gaps.✔️Coached, developed, and mentored the team, delivered 1:1 and group instruction on missile warning operations and missile defense staff planning and led the team to meet all performance standards.✔️Provided routine reporting on project(s) status to senior leadership, briefing Commanding General and/or their representatives on missile defense concerns and milestones.✔️Led a team of 8-10 subject matter experts during seven Missile Warning Health Check assessments to key U.S. Central Command missile warning nodes to analyze communications and tactical system configurations.✔️As an operations planner, led the integration of new practices into standing action plans that enabled the execution of National Defense Strategy and organization combat operations.✔️Managed the CUAS fielding plan in accordance with Joint CUAS Executive Steering Committee and Joint Staff requirements process.
