Manage several projects with government entities within the Department of Defense and the five branches of service there within. Engineer Equipment Chief - coordinate and manage the employment of engineer equipment in both horizontal construction and material handling operations by performing soil analysis, expedient drainage, calculation of production estimations and logistical requirements to support project sites. Manage equipment licensing, equipment repairs, and related metal working for the support of mobility, counter-mobility, general engineering and logistics operations in any environment. Manage and develop Marines in the eight functional areas of maintenance and 48 sub-functional areas. Assists in the planning of establishing field maintenance and equipment staging sites, and the protocol for its defenses. Also perform duties at battalion staff and general staff level, playing a key role in the four principal elements of maintenance management; providing advice in equipment employment and staging, material readiness, and qualification/ training.

Maintained records, completed and corrected project documentation as per policies and regulations. Managed projects and management systems as per data and test specifications, executed technical writing, conducted budget analysis, and provided audit support. Provided financial activities analysis, resource utilization analysis, business performance analysis, and all other assigned duties.
