My responsibilities as Grants Manager are two-fold: Managing donor's funds and grantmaking and ensuring accuracy of records. I strive to achieve donor satisfaction and philanthropic intention working with our Philanthropic Services team. As a member of the Information Systems team, I work to ensure our data is accurate and continually updated. The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties acts as a philanthropic advisor for donors who want to make an impact in the community. For the community, the Foundation serves as a grant maker and a civic leader to the region’s nonprofits to help meet community needs, fulfill donors’ philanthropic wishes and strengthen the nonprofit sector. Using local knowledge, networks, influence and creativity, the Foundation brings people together to improve the community’s quality of life now and in the future.

As Donor Services Manager, I ensure an excellent fund holder experience related to their funds and grantmaking. I assist in the administrative operations of the development office. Duties include donor advised fund management, database management, oversight of major mailings, and working with our Development Team to assist donors with their philanthropy.

Leadership of a 300 member senior learning program under the umbrella of the community college with an all-volunteer faculty and board.
