Bonnie Mitchell is currently an Associate Professor at Bowling Green State University in the School of Art, Digital Arts, in Bowling Green, Ohio. Along with Anthony Fontana, she is facilitates the BGSU Virtual Campus in Second Life. She is a internationally recognized digital installation artist and has exhibited her work at SIGGRAPH, ISEA, Ars Electronica, and numerous other digital art shows. Ms. Mitchell is also an active volunteer for ACM SIGGRAPH and was the SIGGRAPH 2006 Art Show Chair and has served on the executive committee of the organization as well as a member of the Electronic Theater Jury, Emerging Technologies Jury, Art Show Committee, Communications Committee, and Education Committee.Specialties: 3d computer animation, interactive multimedia, and special effects in animation.
