I have now been doing this job for 23 years but I can honestly say that it doesn't feel like I've done a proper days work in all that time. When you are doing something that you love, it doesn't FEEL like work. I take so much joy from my role and the people I work with along with the relationships we build. I am very much a people-person who loves to interact with people, loves to make them laugh and loves to make a positive and lasting difference to all the people I work with.I love coaching!! I am proud to have helped build Speak The Speech (with my great friend and business Partner Jon Bacon ) from nothing to where it is today. A well-known Ex England rugby captain described us as ' one of the most respected, revered and admired communication companies in the world.' I love to help people find confidence and comfort and enable them to come across at their best whatever situation they find themselves in. Using all my drama experience gleaned from my training at LAMDA, time as an actor and my years working in the travel industry and the advertising world. The older I get reinforces my desire to help people overcome their challenges and allow them to really blossom and shine. One of my key values is to reward both the listener and the speaker - and I also hope that we can all strive to be a little more open, curious and most importantly, Kind.
