That's why I decided to work in Japan, a country with a reputation for having one of the best customer support cultures in the world. While there, I honed my skills in call-centre etiquette and professional email writing, with a particular emphasis on fostering customer loyalty and retention.After gaining invaluable experience in Japan, I decided to return to Europe to extend my knowledge of the currently popular CRM software systems. I am currently implementing my expertise in Zendesk CRM software and constantly deepening my knowledge of popular software and UX practices.
