Established and maintained two-way communication with forward deployed units to ensure timely and accurate information exchange and resolve issues. Primary purpose is to provide timely and integrated support that enables commanders to achieve their intent, while forward, and maintaining administrative and judicial Troop level authority in the rear.

Responsible for developing and executing a multi-echelon training program to ensure the platoon can execute all current and evolving METL tasks in any condition. Responsible for a command climate that encourages and rewards initiative and ingenuity, promotes multi-echelon thinking and decision-making.
