CurrentProject Management:Spearheads complex and high-profile projects, collaborating closely with Account and Strategy teams to accurately price campaigns and develop scopes of work.Exercises ownership over creative resourcing to effectively manage the workload of the creative team, ensuring project deliverables are within budget constraints.Manages the creative aspect of campaign scopes, overseeing concept development, asset provision, and designer coordination to maintain alignment with company and client standards.Facilitates internal asset reviews to uphold quality assurance standards, consolidating feedback from both internal stakeholders and clients for seamless project execution.Leads weekly Creative check-ins and facilitates daily scrum meetings to ensure project progress and resolve any bottlenecks.Client Management:Develops comprehensive campaign timelines and deliverable schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives.Establishes and maintains tracking documents to monitor project progress.Coordinates with cross-functional teams to initiate and lead client meetings and calls.Serves as a primary client contact for project management-related issues, offering proactive solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.Leads communication efforts for creative services and deliverables, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.People Management:Guides and mentors a team of Project and Asset Managers, offering support and ensuring quality of work.Conducts regular check-ins with direct reports to monitor project status and workload distribution.Provides assistance to supervisors and colleagues as needed, maintaining positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
