In 2022, Mailchimp began rolling out it's first aggregated reporting tools, and I worked alongside the team that built Email Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Custom Reports. Additionally, we spent a lot of time thinking about reporting dashboards, design system evolution, and how design, product, and engineering can work together to deliver better software.

Creative Assistant is Mailchimp's AI-powered design tool that quickly creates on-brand graphics for email and other marketing efforts. I was brought in to take a suite of features from zero to one, leveraging my design and engineering skills to help users interact with AI models seamlessly.

My primary duties were as follows: field requests for content updates on the company’s intranet from internal users using AEM, migrate existing static web pages into the new content management system, and write test/execute test cases for feature releases. I also began working with my team on completing the first phase of flagstar.com’s responsive redesign. I enhanced and created components for Adobe Experience Manager that are utilized by content authors when making web pages.
