CurrentAt SmartAC.com, our commitment revolves around unlocking the full potential of smart devices and interconnected systems, with a vision for a future where innovation seamlessly enhances home comfort, promotes energy efficiency, and empowers service providers.Our platform facilitates a proactive approach to HVAC maintenance by employing sensor devices that continuously monitor key parameters such as cooling and heating performance, airflow, air filter life, and drain lines – critical aspects of HVAC system health. These hardware sensors serve as the cornerstone of SmartAC.com's software products, providing homeowners with peace of mind and offering service providers the tools to optimize their services and expand their businesses.In my role with a limited team, I spearheaded the creation of the SmartAC.com hardware program, overseeing the development and introduction of our hardware offerings. The initial product iteration, covering hardware technology architecture, design, manufacturing, and product delivery, was successfully executed within a 12-month timeframe. I led the products through the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, collaborating with a Taiwan-based tooling and molding company, an embedded design and production house, and a final assembly contract manufacturer.Presently, my focus is on managing the life cycle of SmartAC.com's hardware products and advancing our hardware technology foundation through the development of next-generation devices.
