Our charter was the deployment of SDRC CAE solutions throughout Ford Motor Company.

As Vehicle Program Manager – SDRC Ford Program Office I Lead a team of engineers in the deployment/integration of a CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM (C3P) toolset into several Ford pilot vehicle and engine programs. This was in support of Ford’s FPDS and C3P initiative for reducing the overall vehicle product development process cycle time. This initiative included extensive re-engineering of design, engineering, and manufacturing processes as well as the re-design of the Ford/Supplier interaction model. This position included significant foreign travel and a 1 year relocation in Cologne Germany.
