I was responsible for the implementation and management of all group sales efforts for the Lynchburg Hillcats. I effectively worked with and directed a sales team to see that all yearly sales goals are met. Building relationships and providing excellent service to clients, potential clients, and fans was an important part of my job. In addition to this, I managed all Stadium Operations Interns and Volunteers to ensure that Hillcats fans had the best possible experience at every home game. I was also heavily involved with managing the Hillcats souvenir shop. This entailed meeting with and purchasing new team apparel from vendors while working within a strict budget.
