Anyone, regardless of ability or experience, who is working toward achieving an endurance sport goal and is willing to commit to a process and program focused on succeeding in all areas of human performance.I also manage the firm and mentor a team of endurance coaches on best practices in developing their careers and creating exceptional experiences for their clients.

Mont Echo was born out of the discovery of the benefits of Sea Buckthorn. I’m a trained biochemist and was fascinated by the therapeutic qualities of the plant. As the managing partner of the company, I led research and development, manufacturing, sales, HR, and all other operations. In addition to our network of raw material suppliers, I developed and managed our private production farms where we propagated plants, expanded and optimized orchards, and harvested crops during our annual Harvest Festival agri-tourism event. I was also responsible for pitching our products and plans to various government and private investors to secure the necessary funding to support our initiatives.We won several grants and awards, including “Best of Canada” from Natural Health Canada and “Excellence in Manufacturing” from Gala Excellence Brome-Missisquoi.

Charm Sciences innovates and develops food safety and sanitation diagnostic solutions to predict and prevent chemical and microbiological challenges in farm-to-table food production and hospitality applications. Charm is committed to protecting customers’ brands and helping them provide the highest quality products and services.I started at Charm out of college as a Quality Control Technician and was rapidly promoted to Technical Service Coordinator, then Field Support Coordinator, and finally to Technical Sales Manager.I supported sales teams with client troubleshooting which included optimizing clients’ QC departments and production efficiencies. I also wrote, edited, reviewed, and generated standard operating procedures for new antibiotic and residue testing product launches.I played an active role in the launch of numerous innovative diagnostic testing systems and product suites.I also designed, pitched, and launched our 1st regional support office to increase access to clients on the West Coast and in Asia.I travelled internationally as a manager and speaker, and was known for my ability to take technical jargon and share it as information anyone at any level could understand.
